September 2019 Market Update
Welcome to your monthly market update!
Like the weather, the past month at Harcourts Tandem Realty has really warmed up with some memorable events, including over $3000 raised for our local Hospice.
The OCR’s recent drop is now old news, but its impact has been quite significant with most banks reducing their floating rates, and in turn, buyers showing strong confidence in the local market and at auction day with some excellent sale prices achieved.
Once a month we host Home Buyers information evenings at our Harcourts Whangaparaoa office. This free evening is packed with valuable information from our experienced team as well as special guests from Mortgage Express and local solicitors and building inspectors, so please do come along and bring anyone else who will benefit. Give me a call on 021 12 14 013 to find out when the next one will be held!
It’s said that spring is the best time of the year to buy or sell a house. For buyers, there’s often increased choice with an injection of new listings coming to the market and for sellers, curb appeal is enhanced by flowers blooming and greener gardens. It doesn’t hurt to show the best version of your property to a potential buyer and the natural spring elements will inevitably increase its appeal.
We currently have some amazing, auction marketing packages available. Feel free to get in touch for a chat and to discuss your home buying or selling options.
